In Channel EQ: high-pass at 90-110 Hz, cut 250-350 Hz by 2-3 dB, notch whatever nasal frequency your voice has between 800 Hz and 1.2 kHz, keep a modest presence lift at 2-3 kHz, and then — the part that matters — shelve down above 8 kHz by 2-4 dB instead of adding air.
